Beautiful Canada hosts such an amazing race in Victoria. I can’t say enough amazing things about the organization of the race, the locals and how they make athletes feel, and the race itself. There is a flaw in this race. The shuttle system for athletes to get to the start of the race need to know that they need to know the route. They need to leave as soon as possible, not wait for a full bus. This issues caused athletes to have unneeded stress on race morning. I would recommend hill training for sure for this race, the run is on a beautiful trail; the swim is absolutely beautiful as well. Enjoy this race.
Would I do this race? Yes, who wouldn’t go up to Canada? I know friends up there now.
