17 - IRONMAN© 70.3 Texas - Danielle Dingman Professional Triathlete

In this episode I talk with Danielle Dingman about his race at Ironman Texas 70.3 in Galveston, Texas.  While the race is the first race of the season in Texas, it is known for being hot and humid.  However, this time race day through most everyone a curve ball with colder temps, low humidity, and no cross wind.  She talks about the shift in mindset when seeing a teammate.  Traveling from Missouri to Galveston, Texas is quite an adventure.  She talks about a few tips that any age grouper can use to help have a better race.
