40 - IRONMAN© 70.3 St. George - Chad Bunting

I begin the IRONMAN© St. George 70.3 series with my friend Chad Bunting.  He has been doing triathlons for many years and we dive into why he does this race, what he enjoys about it and some emotions that came to the surface during this race.  He goes into great detail on why this is a must do race for anyone and how beautiful the course is.  While it’s hilly, yes, the course itself is amazing and just breathe taking.  He also talks about his lack of training through this and his nutrition plan.
