54 - IRONMAN© 70.3 Hawaii – Carrie Turner

I conclude my Hawaii 70.3 series with one of my friends from Latitude Pure Coaching, Carrie Turner. Carrie traveled to Hawaii for this race as a tune up to get ready for a race later this year in November.  She talks about how she had to overcome some mental struggles on the bike in order to pull out a day that she wasn’t expecting.  Earlier in the year I interviewed her coach, Morgon Latimore for Ultraman Florida.  She also talks about how fun the sport is for her and enjoys being apart of the community of triathletes.
