I continue the IRONMAN© Raleigh series with returning guest Danielle Dingman.  Danielle is a rookie pro who traveled to North Carolina and shares her experience about the race from a professional triathlete’s point of view.  While racing as a pro there are many things that can be considered the things she continues to share are very interesting. With this course it was mentally harder than previous races but she shares what she learned with us.
