226 - IRONMAN© 70.3 Pucon – Alan Dempsey Professional

I begin regular programming with my new friend from Canada Alan Dempsey.  Alan is a very humble professional triathlete that has a great amount of experience to share with us about his race at 70.3 Pucon.  This race is in Chili and is known for having the massive volcano in the backdrop through the entire race.   Alan mentions how discouraging it is as a professional to be the last one to the bike rack, but also the joy that comes in giving everything you have to give on the same day. We touch on the logistics of how to get to Chili, where to fly into, where to stay at and much more.  Thank you Alan for coming on the show, I look forward to following you this year and many more in the future!
