In this episode I talk with Richard Cannon who is also one of my athletes who is dedicated to the sport but also his wife, kids, and his job.  This was a solid Personal Record for Richard, and we talk about the hard work he put into his training to get there. He used to have issues with nutrition but found a solution for it on the bike.  We also talk about what his race plan was, how he changed it on the course, and how he paid for it on the run.
