Recovery Week! No pictures this week, just didn’t take any to be honest.
After four weeks of building and building, I get a recovery week of 30 miles. Overall felt pretty good to take it back a notch but that long run of 10 miles on the treadmill. Felt kinda blah and had to dig mentally to finish it out. Got it in though.
