I continue my journey of the Cour de’Alene 70.3 series with my friend Sherry. She shares an emotional story about how she perseveres through the run portion of this race. While she enjoys the sport immensely she encountered someone who had just registered for the race the day prior that had not trained much at all. Sherry trains for her races in Louisiana and this was a hilly course so the contrast is great. Her bike is named George, and the reason why is very powerful.
