In this episode of the Pursuit of the Perfect Race I talk with my good friend and wonderful mom Missy Norcross. She recently qualified for Kona at Lake Placid and she talks about her race in detail. I loved hearing the excitement of her qualifying race but the true work and dedication of not missing a single workout in the past seven months, building up to over 24 hours of training in a week is real tough stuff. Thanks for sharing your experience Missy, I look forward to following you at Kona!
