In the next episode of the Pursuit of the Perfect Race, I talk with my friend Michelle Reed. Michelle is an amazing person and beginner athlete. This is her second time racing the 70.3 distance. She talks about her training and how it correlates to race day for her. She goes over her nutrition strategy, and how much fun it was for her to finish. One of the big takeaways from this episode is how she manages her time with training while working full time, having three wonderful children, and a husband that also trains for triathlons. She passes on some key points on how to manage the time commitments.
