In this episode I talk with a fellow Coach in the sport of triathlon and a friend as well named Chris Baty. Chris is a coach for Matt Hanson Coaching, and we talk about the emotionally wrenching time he had at Ironman Texas this year. While he didn’t finish, there is a silver lining that he likes to share. We talk about his day and his training going into the race but more importantly we talk about what’s next and how he got through his day.
Quote of the episode: “He then took my chip.”
