In this episode I talk with fellow athlete and amazing friend Lisa Miller about her recent race at Ironman St. George 70.3.  She talks about her nutrition and experience at the race.  She has a unique way to train and go into races of this distance and she leverages her coach to help her accomplish things precisely the right way.  She also has a fun type of nutrition she uses on race day for the bike that keeps things different and spontaneous.
