I continue the Follow Along Series with my good friend Sam Long.  Sam placed second at last year’s IRONMAN© Louisville which left him hungry for more.  But first, he took a mental break that included time with the wonderful girlfriend which included Skiing. Sam has a new coach, Ryan Bolton, which is good for him and he says why.  Thanks for following Sam this year and I look forward to seeing your race year come together.
