So much laughing and real talk in this episode. I talk with Audra about her race down in Puerto Rico and we discuss a great amount of her training, race, and her lead up. Her nutrition plan is a first for me. Having talked with a great number of athletes, I haven’t heard of this plan yet. It’s super simple, organic, and easy on the body too. Her gym in California is really awesome. Like, for real. They have a chef and they deliver drinks to you post workouts. One of the biggest take aways is how she doesn’t judge herself while she’s on the course along with how to leave the “Type A” hat at home and just enjoy the race.
