I begin the 2019 series of the Puerto Rico 70.3 with my friend and returning guest Matt Vella. Matt is being coached by Rebekah Keat. Over the past year if you’ve been following Matt’s journey like I have, you’ll notice that the nutrition part of things never really worked. Because of this we discuss what he used this time in depth and what led him to go back to this nutrition plan. The experience he had in San Juan was amazing and he recommends this course.
