In this episode of the Pursuit of the Perfect Race, I talk with my friend Jeff Allen. Jeff is a professor with the University of North Texas and has a great amount of information to share about his race. We talk about how his taper went as well as the complications that went into the planning due to the move in host cities. In his race he experiences many unique things, but the most memorable is the rain in the finish line. It was more like a down pour. His coach Ben Drezek is also out of Denton, Texas and is the head coach of KMF Endurance. Thanks for coming on the show Jeff, I look forward to following you next year!
