184 – IRONMAN© Louisville – Cedric King

In this episode I continue my journey through the IRONMAN© Louisville with retired MSG Cedric King.  Cedric lost his legs in the War in Afghanistan and his mental toughness that allows him to push through.  We discuss so many things in this longer episode but it is really worth listening to because the gratitude he displays with his positive outlook on life is truly tremendous.  Cedric talks about how he uses his journey to become an IRONMAN© to inspire others.  The thing Cedric loves the most about race day is that he is equal to all the other competitors and doesn’t want anything extra. This is one of the most information packed episodes I’ve recorded so far.  Thank you so much Cedric, I look forward to following you on your journey to become an IRONMAN©.
