In this episode of the Pursuit of the Perfect Race, I talk with my friend and professional triathlete Robyn Hardage about her recent race experience at IRONMAN© Mont Tremblant. She is such an amazing human being and grateful athlete. I was fortunate enough to see her race and win IRONMAN© Lake Placid as an age grouper last year and this year she races among the professionals. While it is a great experience, she shares her journey and tips for training, racing, and living as an athlete with a full time job working for the Canadian Government. Thank you Robyn for sharing so much with me and I look forward to having you back on after Arizona!
