In this episode of the Pursuit of the Perfect Race, I talk with my friend and Coach Jen Hayes. She’s been doing triathlons since 2010 and loves the challenges that endurance racing provides. She talks about the day she had and how she uses her mindset and outlook on things to better approach race days. Her quote of, “comparison is the theft of all joy” is quite amazing and she uses this as a tool to help her focus on her day and her race but also in training. Jen is very talented and she is a Level IIE certified coach with USAT. Good luck at IRONMAN© Chattanooga later this year!
