Oh my gosh y’all. Straight up this is going to be one of the funniest episodes out yet. I laugh so hard when we start talking about pizza. If anyone knows me, you’d know that I love me some garlic sauce. While I didn’t know he hated ocra, I found out that he loves broccoli. Training though has been going good, but Dell is still recovering from the sickness. I’m always in such amazement of how humble and thankful Dell is for the journey in triathlon and fitness. The picture this month is during the interview with Dell and we could not figure out how to turn off the dang filters. It was pretty funny. We both laughed at each other for a solid five minutes.
