In this episode we merge the follow Along Series with St. George. While Danielle had a solid 10 minute Personal Record on this course it was a tough day as far as competition goes. We dive into the fun catch up of the follow along and then the race itself. She mentions some critical errors in the swim this year and we discuss how to improve upon these and not make these same errors at other races. While April was filled with a lot of training, there was some fun moments and also a slight sickness. We dive into the details of how being sick can impact a race and then how to race two 70.3’s two weeks a part.
