In this episode, I continue my series of the IRONMAN© Buffalo Springs Lake 70.3 with my friend and returning guest Elizabeth James. Elizabeth is training for Kona and used this race to keep things fresh and prepare for her main race at Kona. She talks about some of the things she adjusted on the morning of the race when the real weather of the day was known. She also talks about her training and the balance of life with the upcoming months of hard training. We discuss those hard days of training when you don’t even want to get in the water.
