In this episode of the Pursuit of the Perfect Race, I talk with very well experienced athlete and friend Kevin Smith about his race day at IRONMAN© Lake Placid. He had some issues on race day, but he overcame them and used some tactics that he talks about on how to deal with hang ups, misfortunes, and bad luck on race day. While this wasn’t his best effort and Perfect Race, he was able to make the best of the experience and he has a great amount of gratitude about Lake Placid. Thanks Kevin, I look forward to following you.
