In this episode I talk with Chattanooga native Bruno Martins about his race experience at the IRONMAN© 70.3 in Ohio. This race is an amazing venue and has a great amount of potential. As a fellow coach, we dive into the weeds of training, zones, power numbers, and even the strategy. He won his age group and earned his slot for the IRONMAN© 70.3 World Championships in Nice, France in 2019. He’s going to be toeing the line in Cozumel later this year for the full distance. Thank you so much Bruno for coming on the show and Good Luck in Cozumel later this year!
