Rachel recently made the move up to Boulder, Colorado where she trains with her coach Siri Lindley and the Team Sirius Tri Club. Rachel talks highly about her race experience, training going into, and even her nutrition plan that allowed her to have a solid race day at Boulder. She credits her move and the ability to feel like it’s a home town race the most.
