In this episode of the Pursuit of the Perfect Race I talk with the owner of Certified Piedmontese Shane Peed. Shane recently raced it up at IRONMAN© 70.3 Boulder and had an awesome day. He shares some knowledge about what it’s like to drive to the race from a long distance and what his preparation was like for this race. He’s doing KONA in just a few short months and I can’t want to hear how he does out there. While he does train a lot, spending time with family is always a high priority for him, because of this he shares his way of balancing life, work, and training to maximize his time with family. Thanks for coming on the show Shane, I look forward to having you back on after Kona!
