In this episode I talk with professional triathlete Dede Griesbauer about her race in Canada. She came in fourth at this race. For many athletes repeating workouts in training seems hard, but Dede and her coach, Julie Dibens, have a strong partnership together and part of that means repeating workouts. We talk about why that’s important and how to mentally get past the hard parts. Other talking points consist of the race and what she does outside of training and racing.
