I’m lucky enough to have the chance to talk with Jodie about her race at IRONMAN© Canada. We talk about what it’s like for her as this is her fourth year as a professional in the sport and the balance of life, training, and work she has to have. She works full time and trains a great amount per week. Oh, and her employer is 40 minutes away from home where she lives. Time management is a key to her success.
