I really enjoyed catching up with professional triathlete Taylor Reid in this episode. We talk about all the training he does going into the races as well as what he does in the off time. Like play xbox and hang out. He’s been doing triathlon ever since he graduated university, and is a complete history buff. Older history than I like, but none the less he knows his stuff. As someone that struggles with reading myself, we talk about how having dyslexia for him empowered him through delayed gratification. This is a really fun episode and I really enjoyed talking with Taylor. Thank you so much for coming on the show sir, I look forward to following you in the future.
